Connor Ciazza had three hits with a triple, two RBI, and two runs scored and Anthony DeRosa had a two-run triple with a run scored to lead Red Bank Catholic, No. 18 in the NJ.com Top 20, to a 9-0 victory over South Plainfield in Red Bank.
Steve Turk had three singles with an RBI and a run scored and Brian Sheehy added two singles with an RBI for Red Bank Catholic, which led 5-0 after two innings.
John Nimeth gave up three hits over three innings with one walk and three strikeouts to get the win.
