Kyle Dickerson went 3-for-3 with a triple and an RBI for South Plainfield as it defeated Sayreville, 8-0, in South Plainfield.
Tommy Dunn went 1-for-2 with a two-RBI double for South Plainfield. Bryan Gillen was 2-for-3 with one RBI. L.J. Scarpitto drove in two runs.
Connor Johnson was 2-for-2 for Sayreville. Nolan Rivera, Pete Soporowski and Jayson DeMild each went 1-for-3.

South Plainfield 8, Sayreville 0: Chris Graves (five innings) and Wilfredo Rivera (two innings) combined on a six-hit shutout as the Bombers (13-8) were blanked for the second consecutive game. Kyle Dickerson went 3-for-3 with two runs and an RBI, while LJ Scarpitto and Tommy Dunn each had a single and two RBI. Bryan Gillen went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI, raising his batting average on the season to a league-leading .530 (35 for 66). The Tigers are 14-7.
