Nick Polizzano went 3-for-4 with two doubles, three RBI and a run in South Plainfield's 7-6 victory over Iselin Kennedy in South Plainfield.
South Plainfield scored the game-winning run in the seventh inning. Jack Gillis had an RBI and scored two runs for South Plainfield. Chris Shine allowed six hits, four earned runs and two walks in 3.2 innings on the mound for South Plainfield.
Iselin Kennedy's Matthew Godlewski went 2-for-3 with a run, while Jeremy Torres doubled and scored a run. Jordy Mara finished 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and a run.

Mike Stanszak, who led off with a walk, took second on an errant pickoff attempt with the catcher throwing behind the runner, and advanced to third on a single, scored on a wild pitch in the bottom of the seventh as the Tigers (8-10) completed a season sweep of the Mustangs (3-13).

Shortstop Nick Polizzano went 3-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles for South Plainifeld. Teammate Jack Gillis had an RBI single and scored twice. Dylan O'Connor was the winning pitcher.

Josh Buchholz and Ariel Torres each doubled. The Mustangs knotted the contest at 6-6 on a two-run triple in the sixth inning.

Jordy Mora went 2-for-5 with a homer and an RBI single for J.F. Kennedy.
