Tyler Dusko hit a two-run double to start a sixth-inning rally to lift Sayreville to a 3-2 come-from-behind win over South Plainfield in Sayreville.
Connor Johnson drove in what turned out to be the game-winning run moments after Dusko's double tied the game. Jayson DeMild earned the win, allowing two runs on seven hits with three walks and two strikeouts. Kyle Richards and Brett Dzamba both scored as well.
Nick Polizzano went 2-for-3 with an RBI for South Plainfield and Ryan Stankan allowed three runs on four hits with seven strikeouts and five walks.

Tyler Dusko’s two-run double in the bottom of the sixth inning gave Sayreville (8-12) the victory. Jayson DeMild pitched a complete game, allowing one earned run on seven hits and three walks for the Bombers. Ryan Stankan allowed three runs on four hits, five walks and struck out seven over six innings for South Plainfield (8-13).
