Mark Tomei went 3-for-4 with a double and scored twice for South Plainfield (8-5) in South Plainfield. Dan Hansen (4-1) pitched the first five innings and aided his cause by singling in a run in the fifth. Stephen Petriello also had a run-scoring single for South Plainfield while Brandon Downes went 2-for-4.
