South Plainfield 10, Bloomfield 5: Chris Shine singled, doubled, clubbed a
three-run homer and scored three times for the Tigers (16-8).
Winning pitcher Justin Jones pitched four and third innings. He allowed
three earned runs and fanned six batters.
Matt Cassio hurled an inning and two thirds of shutout relief. He also
delivered an RBI single.
