South Plainfield over Sayreville 6-1

Dudak allowed one earned run on three hits while striking out nine and walking three for South Plainfield (12-2-1), which broke a scoreless tie by scoring four runs in the fourth inning.
Austin Scott had a triple, an RBI and a run while Troy O’Connor went 3-for-4 with a double in the victory.
Sayreville is now 5-6.

Mitch Dudak allowed one in six innings off of two hits with nine strikeouts to lead South Plainfield to the White Division win.
The Tigers (12-2-1 overall, 10-1-1 in division) broke a scoreless tie with four runs in the top of the fourth and added two runs the next inning.
Troy O'Connor was 3-for-4 with a double in the win, while Kennedy Ferguson was 1-for-3 (2B) and drove in two runs Brandon Shine had two hits and scored.
Kyle Griswold (RBI, run), Nick Loniewski and Austin Scott (3B, RBI, run) also had hits for South Plainfield.
For Sayreville (5-6, 4-6), Matt Abreu, Matt Abreu (run) and Joe Haytas had hits and Dennis Whitford had an RBI.
