Vincent Esposito allowed one run in the five-inning game off of five hits with four strikeouts as South Plainfield won its ninth-straight.
Esposito also doubled (RBI) as the Tigers (17-2-1) scored twice in the bottom of the first and opened a 6-0 lead after the second.
Luke Bickunas went 2-for-4 (triple) with 4 RBI and Kennedy Ferguson had a hit with two RBI.
Troy O'Connor singled twice and drove in a run. Nick Loniewski, Ty Dukoff (RBI) and Austin Scott (RBI) also had hits in the win.
For Perth Amboy (6-10), Issaiah Batista tripled with an RBI and Jaydon Cabezudo, Ranger Gomez, Joseph Duran and Jordi Estevez also had a hit apiece.

Vincent Esposito gave up five hits and one run over five innings while striking out four with no walks to help third-seeded South Plainfield roll to an 11-1 win over 14th-seed Perth Amboy in the first round of the Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament, in South Plainfield.
South Plainfield (17-2-1) will host sixth-seeded Edison in the quarterfinals on Tuesday.
Luke Bickunas finished 2-for-3 with a triple and four RBI for the Tigers. Troy O’Connor went 2-for-2 with a run and an RBI. Kennedy Ferguson drove in two runs.
Issaiah Batista recorded an RBI an a triple for Perth Amboy (6-10).
