Junior lefthander Jack Massett earned his second win of the season by throwing seven shutout innings with five five strikeouts and allowing just two hits and two walks.
The Tigers (13-2-1 overall, 11-1-1 in White Division) scored in the second inning with two outs.
DH Kyle Griswold walked and third baseman Zach Bolesta singled. Center fielder Nick Loniewski then singled to left that brought home both runners.
The Tigers defense helped Massett by turning a double play to end each of the last three innings of the game.
For Colonia (6-8, 6-6), JT Kroner, Frank Millone, Ryan Lukko, and James Jopke each had hits.
