There are several changes to the GMC Tournament schedule for today that appeared in this morning's Star-Ledger. Dunellen-JP Stevens has been moved to Diamond Nation, Spotswood-Edison is back at Edison and East Brunswick-Highland Park is back at Highland Park. South Amboy-Bishop Ahr has been moved to Veteran's Field in South Amboy, which is not South Amboy's regular home field. Here is Thursday's schedule:

Timothy Christian at Metuchen (Myrtle Field), 3:45
Colonia at South River, 3:45
East Brunswick at Highland Park, 4
Spotswood at Edison, 4Bishop Ahr at South Amboy (Veterans Field), 4
Dunellen vs. JP Stevens at Diamond Nation, 7
Iselin Kennedy vs. Middlesex at Diamond Nation, 7

In addition, with the start of play in the state tournament to begin on Monday, the GMC has changed the dates for subsequent rounds of the GMC Tournament to ease the stress on schools' pitching staffs.
Here are the changes to the GMC Tournament schedule:

Preliminary and first round to be completed by Sunday, May 22
Quarterfinals: Wednesday, May 25 at East Brunswick and, possibly, Metuchen
Semifinals: Saturday, May 28 at East Brunswick Tech
Championship: Wednesday, June 1 at East Brunswick
As a result it is possible that some first-round games will not be played on Friday as originally scheduled. Please check back here for any updates to Friday's schedule.
The first-round game between Monroe and the South River/Colonia winner will now be played at Monroe on Saturday at 11 a.m.
